Our brand chef Victor Beley has prepared a minor, but very different update of morning menu. It includes familiar breakfast russian dishes, but each one has an author's note.
You can try such traditional dishes as "Druzhba" porridge, made on baked milk with two types of cereals - rice and millet, homemade cottage cheese which served with non-standard "explosive" caramel, pancakes with quince jam and tarragon and classic Russian pancakes wrapped with beef pastrami and cheddar cheese. Or you can find morning classics - cup of coffee and sandwich with ham and cheese on brioche, crispy potato waffles with poached egg and Stracciatella and or a rustic breakfast with scrambled eggs, pastrami, young cheese, salted cucumbers and baked potatoes.
